In 2016, in its capacity as sole advisor, IPI purchased and resold the whole building in via Fabio Filzi 29, Milan, on the corner of Via Galvani Purchaser INVESCO REAL ESTATE
The "Time Building", with its characteristic clock tower dating back to the 1930s, is historically known as the headquarters of A.F.L. FALCK. Subsequently home to SIEMENS and then to the Lombardy Regional Council, it covers a total area of 11,000 sq.m. with 9 floors above ground and, with over 40 covered parking spaces, 3 floors below ground.
The Investor subsequently radically restructured the building, leasing a Leed Platinum certified business centre, with a completely new design based on cutting-edge construction techniques and utilities in line with current international standards.
